Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi web dalam mengembangkan kebiasaan positif pada siswa SMK Negeri 1 Rejotangan. Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, anak-anak semakin terpapar pada perangkat teknologi yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku mereka. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berfokus pada pemanfaatan teknologi untuk mendukung pembentukan kebiasaan positif seperti disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan empati. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE, yang mencakup fase analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 siswa, yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: eksperimen dan kontrol. Kelompok eksperimen menggunakan aplikasi web yang dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan kebiasaan positif, sementara kelompok kontrol tidak menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan log aktivitas aplikasi, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji t independen dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi web efektif dalam meningkatkan kebiasaan positif siswa, dengan kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kebiasaan seperti bangun pagi, beribadah, dan olahraga. Selain itu, ada korelasi positif yang signifikan antara waktu penggunaan aplikasi dan peningkatan kebiasaan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teknologi dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam pembentukan kebiasaan positif pada anak-anak, khususnya dalam konteks pendidikan di era digital.
